What this site is
An informational site about the Ziktel telemetry platform for rural drinking water committees and companies. It is free to use and requires no account. By browsing it, you accept these terms.
The service is contracted separately
Nothing published here is a binding offer. Scope, pricing, installation times and service levels are agreed in writing with each customer. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.
Demo data
The screens, figures and conversations shown on the site are examples of how the platform works, unless stated otherwise. They are not data from a real committee nor a promise of results for your system.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access parts of the site or server without authorization, breach its security or overload it.
- Submit false information, or other people's data without their permission, through the form.
- Copy the site or its content for commercial purposes.
Intellectual property
The Ziktel brand, its logo, and the site's text, images and design belong to ZIKTEL LAB SPA or are used with permission. You may link to and quote the site citing the source; for any other use, ask for permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
What the site does not guarantee
We take care that the information is accurate and the site available, but it may contain errors or have outages. What is published is general information and does not replace a technical assessment of your system.
Telemetry depends on radio, coverage and device batteries. What the contracted service guarantees is written in the contract, not on this site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ziktel is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information on this site or from its unavailability. This does not limit the rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
Links to other services
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Your data
How we handle the data you give us is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is relevant, we publish it on this page and update the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in Puerto Varas.
