This policy covers this website. Member data that each water committee manages on the Ziktel platform is governed by that committee's own privacy policy, as the committee is responsible for that data.

When you fill in the contact form:

• Your name.
• Your committee or company.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, your email, or both.
• The message you write.

Like any website, the server receives technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and browser type. The IP address is used to limit abusive form submissions: it is kept in memory for a few minutes and never stored. We do not use this data to identify you or build profiles.

• Replying to your request and scheduling the demo.
• Preparing a proposal, if you ask for one.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not hand it to third parties for their own purposes.

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request, such as the demo or proposal. All in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and its amendments, including Law No. 21,719.

We use hosting and email providers that process data only on our behalf and with appropriate security measures. Some operate outside Chile, so your data may be stored in other countries. We do not sell or transfer your data, and we would only disclose it if a competent authority requires it by law.

The site does not store your data in a database: the form sends it as an email to our inbox. We keep it for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact. If we sign a contract, the contract governs it from then on.

At any time you can ask for:

• Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
• Rectification: to correct anything that is wrong.
• Erasure: to have it deleted.
• Objection: to have us stop using it.
• Portability: to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.

Write to contacto@ziktel.cl saying what you need. We reply within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the personal data protection authority.

• Write to contacto@ziktel.cl with the subject “Delete my data”.
• Include the name and the committee or company you wrote to us with, so we can find your message.
• We delete the message and its copies, and confirm it through the same channel.

If you are a member of a committee that uses the platform, send the request to the committee: it is responsible for that data.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores two preferences:

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 1 year): remembers the site language.
• ziktel-theme (local storage): remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.

Fonts are served from our own server: loading the site makes no requests to Google.

Your connection to the site is encrypted. The form limits submissions to prevent abuse, and only the Ziktel team has access to the inbox that receives the messages.

If we change anything relevant, we publish it on this page and update the date above.
